Booking — FAQ
When is my booking confirmed?
Immediately. The moment you submit the form your booking is confirmed: you see the confirmation on screen and a confirmation e-mail arrives in your inbox. There is no need to wait for a call.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
Use the “View my booking” link in your confirmation e-mail to send a change or cancellation request; our team will get back to you. For anything urgent, message us on WhatsApp or call +90 256 618 25 54.
Can I book a table facing the sunset?
Yes. When you pick a date, the form highlights that day’s sunset time slots; add your sea-side wish under “Special requests” and we’ll do our best to seat you accordingly. On summer evenings, book early.
Do you prepare for birthdays or marriage proposals?
Yes. Choose the occasion in your booking (birthday, proposal, anniversary…), tick the extras you would like — cake, candles, flowers, table decoration or photos — and add a note. If needed we plan the details together on WhatsApp.
Do you take a payment or deposit for online bookings?
No. No payment is taken for online bookings; you pay at the restaurant.
Can large groups book?
The online form takes bookings for up to 8 guests. For larger groups and private events, fill in the private event form, call us or message us on WhatsApp and we will plan it together.
